Transimpedance
Amplifier (TIA) Design in CMOS for LADAR Pulse Processing
This
effort was a
course project that investigated the use of CMOS for the design of
high-speed (>100 MHz bandwidth) transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs)
in
CMOS for LADAR pulse processing. The
chips were fabricated in ON’s
C5 process
through MOSIS
and are 1.5 mm square (a tiny chip). Click images to enlarge.
