Copying a Cell from one Library to Another 

Below shows an example of copying a cell, Fig28_25, in the Library Ch28_IC61 into a different Library, lab2. 

All of the used cells and views are copied to lab2, that is, the copied cell doesn't point to any cells in 

the original library (here Ch28_IC61).
