Below is the
schematic of the final design. This circuit is basically a
fully-differential
diff-amp. This circuit has excellent high-frequency CMRR
because of the
self-biasing structure. The circuit shown below was fabricated in a
0.25 um
process and can operate upwards to 1,000 MHz with a 20 mV sensitivity.
