Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) Design in CMOS for LADAR Pulse Processing

 

This effort was a course project that investigated the use of CMOS for the design of high-speed (>100 MHz bandwidth) transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) in CMOS for LADAR pulse processing.  The chips were fabricated in ON’s C5 process through MOSIS and are 1.5 mm square (a tiny chip).
