The bandgap voltage
reference was laid-out in the TowerJAZZ SBC18 0.18um SiGe BiCMOS process.
·
The layout was included in chip
with all other sorts of circuits made by other students in the research group.
·
The graduate students had
the task of connecting all the laid-out circuits to the pad frame and get the
chip layout ready for the submittal process.
