HW#19 – hw19.pdf,
due Wednesday, May 8
HW#18 – hw18.pdf,
due Monday, May 6
HW#17 – 5.2, 5.3,
5.14, and 5.15 due
Wednesday, May 1
HW#16 – show how to
add a common–drain (SF)
amplifier in cascade with the amplifiers designed in HW#15 so that the
resulting amplifiers can drive a load resistance much smaller than 10k
while
still maintaining a gain >10, due Wednesday, April 17.
HW#15 – design two
MOSFET common–source
amplifiers, one using the ZVN3306A (NMOS) and one using the ZVP3306A
(PMOS), to provide a gain > 10 @ 1 kHz using a +9 V battery.
Assume that the
load resistance is >= 10k and the source resistance is <=
10k. Simulate
your design to verify it works as expected (you make the SPICE models,
that is
determine KP, W, L, etc., for these transistors). Also, determine the
minimum
and maximum output swing for your design, due Wednesday, April 10
