Pre-lab:

We are finishing the Tutorial 2 with the layout and here is the layout 

NMOS:

PMOS:

Lab:

Experment 1:  We will need to use a NMOS and set the VGS varing from 0 - 5v in 1v steps

Experiment 2: We are step VGS from 0v - 2v in 1mv step.

Experiment 3:  We are using PMOS this time to build the circuit and sweep from 0v to 5v in 1v steps. 

Experiment 4: We are using the 0v to 2V in 1mv in VDS
