The Yahoo! group for LTspice is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LTspice/

LTspice/SwitcherCADIII is a powerful and easy to use schematic capture program and SPICE engine,

without node or component limitations, that can be downloaded here.

To use LTspice with the circuits at CMOSedu.com follow the steps seen below.

1) Install LTspice

2) Unzip the contents of  LTspice_cmosedu.zip onto, for example, the desktop (all of the simulation examples from the books!)

3) The *.asc files can be opened, simulated, and the schematics modified using LTspice

The LTspice users manual is found here.

Videos illustrating the use of LTspice are seen here.

Electric VLSI Design Information

·        Here is the Electric setup to generate a netlist that you can run and probe using LTspice.

·        Note that Electric outputs netlists with a *.spi extension.
